International Biometric Group (IBG) owns all the intellectual property rights to the Bio1 application, including but not limited to object code, source code, documentation, manuals, interfaces, instructions and other information ("Product"). IBG grants authorized users of Product a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use Product as specifically authorized. Users do not have the right to market or sell Product either as a stand-alone product or as part of any other product or service. Users shall not, and shall not allow any other party to, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to determine the source code of Product. Users shall not create derivative works based on Product. IBG may have redistributed or modified works from third parties in accordance with their policies and procedure.
IBG does not make any warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to Product. The information contained in Product has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. IBG disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information. The opinions expressed in the Product are subject to change without notice. In no event will IBG be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of any information provided in Product; nor will IBG be liable for any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in Product or interpretations thereof.
